in December 1994,
as a 100% privately owned Nigerian company. The objective is to create a unique service company that will think globally but
act locally in providing efficient and competitive service to Nigerian oil and gas sector and the economy in general.

Emmanuel V. Adebayo, the Chairman/CEO of the company
is a remarkably hard-working entrepreneur. An excellent manager of resources, he is armed with over a decade of experience
in the practice of Oil & Gas Operations management.

maximum value and providing a seamless service to customers and projects in Nigeria. Today the Company continues to add capacity,
diversify its product line, increase its already strong Business capability and improve its processes and products. Meva Ventures takes pride in the large number of strategic alliances formed with customers in many markets whereby we work in a
team effort with the allied customer to optimize the functionality, process ability, and cost-benefit ratio of products and
services to our customer across Nigeria.

Government Agencies, International Organization Construction Companies amongst which are, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Lagos Metropolitan Transport
Authority. Menard Keynes Limited, Keyellis Company to mention but a few. The
company is also prospecting into more viable business relationships in the nearest future.
We have equally established relationship with various International Organization who serves as our Buying Agents overseas,
namely Spares Global Incorporation, Streamline Supply incorporation, Offshore Procurement & Engineering Services Incorporation,
Avsco Houston etc,
